This year each Rotarian in District 6780 is being asked to contribute $40 to Polio Plus. Those who do so will get an ERADICATOR sticker for their name badge (see sample, above).  

 

Clubs that have an AVERAGE giving to Polio Plus of at least $40 per member will be recognized at the district conference as being ERADICATOR CLUBS. Those clubs will get a patch for their banner that recognizes their accomplishment (see sample at right).
