Bobby is member of the Rotary Club of Kingston, Tennessee where he has served as President and Foundation Chair. A graduate of the District Leadership Academy (DLA), he has held several district positions including District Governor, DLA Dean, Emergency Preparedness Committee Chair, Resolutions Committee Chair, Finance Committee Chair, Alternate Council on Legislation Representative, and member of the Nominating and Scholarship Committees. Bobby currently serves as the District Rotary Foundation Chair (2023-2026), President of the Bomar Foundation (2023-2024), and Council on Legislation Representative (2023-2026).
Other Rotary activities include serving as a Mid-South PETS Operations, Program and General Chair; Assistant Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator; and Zone Institute Operations and Co-Arrangements Chair. Bobby has served as a Partner Trainer for International Assembly and is serving as a Partner Trainer for the 2023 Zone Institute.
In Roane County, Bobby serves on the Michael Dunn Center and Michael Dunn Foundation Boards of Directors and chairs the Strategic Planning Committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Roane County and East Tennessee Regional Leadership. He has served as Chair of the Roane County United Way Board of Directors, president of Continuing Kingston, a member of the Roane County Environmental Review Board, and member of the Karns Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors.
He is married to Deborah Alexander-Davis, 2017-2018 District 6780 Governor, and together they enjoy Rotary, traveling, their pets, and family time. Bobby is a Paul Harris Society and Polio Plus Society member and he and Deborah are Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation and Bequest Society members.
